1. Could I receive accommodation information related to the conference?

[FAQ] Event Information

1. Is parking available?

   - Yes. A parkingregistration kiosk will be in operation at the venue on event days. Once your vehicle is registered, you can enjoy complimentary parking.

 

2. What programs are scheduled?

- The basic program layout can be found via the [Program Link →]. 

  Please note that the program is continuously being updated, and details including topics and speakers will be uploaded to the website as they are confirmed.

 

3. Is wireless internet (Wi-Fi) available at the venue?

- Yes, wireless internet will be available throughout the venue.

 
[FAQ] Registration

1. When can I purchase registration tickets?

   - The Regular Registration period is open until October 15 KST.

 

2. What are the registration fees?

- Fees vary by category (Early Bird 1, Early Bird 2, Regular Registration). Detailed pricing is available on the “Registration Ticket” page.

3. Is group registration by a single representative allowed?

   - Group registration is not available; each participant must complete an individual registration.

 

4. What are the benefits of participating in the sponsorship program?

5. How can I request a visa invitation letter to attend the conference?

   - If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, please email us (confer@kinpa.or.kr) with the following:

> Full name / Company name / Job title / Email address used for your conference registration / A copy of your passport

The Secretariat will review your documents and issue the official invitation letter.

 

6. How do I amend my registration details?

   - Log in with the account used for registration, open “Registration Confirmation”, make the necessary changes, and click “Modify”.

7. Can I obtain an Attendance Certificate?

   - After the conference, please email (confer@kinpa.or.kr) with your company name, full name, job title, and email address to request a certificate.

 

8. Is on-site registration available?

- On-site registration will not be available. Please make sure to complete your registration in advance.

 
[FAQ] Payment

1. What payment methods are accepted?

   - Registration fees are payable by credit card only. But if you wish to pay by bank transfer, please email confer@kinpa.or.kr. Full payment is required to confirm your participation.

1. I have not received my email verification code. What should I do?

   - If you encounter any issues, please contact the KINPA Conference 2025 Secretariat at confer@kinpa.or.kr with your email address and full name.

 
[FAQ] Cancellation

1. What is the cancellation policy?

   - Deadline: 15:00 (KST), Wednesday 15 October 2025

   - Refund: 100% refund for requests received on or before the deadline; no refunds thereafter.

   - How to cancel: Email confer@kinpa.or.kr stating the registrant’s name, organization, email, and mobile number.

   - Processing time: Up to three weeks from the date your email is received.

 

2. Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?

 - Yes. Transfer requests are accepted until 18:00(KST), Tuesday 30 September 2025.

Please email the current registrants name and email along with the substitute delegates details to confer@kinpa.or.kr.

 
[FAQ] On the Day of the Event

1. How can I collect my name badge at the venue?

- Prior to the conference, registered participants will receive an email containing event information and a QR code for use at the self-check-in kiosks.

  If you do not receive this email, it may have been blocked by your company’s email security settings. In that case, please visit the staffed registration desk on the day of the event.

  Your name badge will be issued upon verification of your name, affiliation, and business card.
